First Booking policy
I do allow all clients to book without a $50 booking fee, Unless a late-cancellation or no-show occurs, which would necessitate a deposit for future appointments.
Booking policy
- Appointments require a $50 non-refundable deposit with exception of packages
- Package payments cannot be split.
- To receive a package discount payment must be made in full.
- If payment cannot be made in full, sessions will be charged at regular rates
Cancellation Policy
- Prior to your first massage, and or post-op treatment a three-day grace period allows for a 60% refund of your payment.
- Subsequent to your first massage, and or treatment no refunds will be provided.
Late Policy
- Arrivals more than 15 minutes past the scheduled start time will result in a 15-minute reduction of the allocated treatment period.
